A list

I had such a lovely day yesterday.

I worked but not hard.

After work I walked out of the building eating ice cream and into the warm sun. I made a phone call to Germany and chatted with Christina, whom shall be back from Europe later this month. Met up with friends and went to brewery but I did not drink beer. I just smoked cigs and chatted all the while enjoying the 70 degree temp, low humidity, and late afternoon sun.
-A side note-
My jeans started with a small hole in the back crotch area and grew to a whole back leg open hole. I can't decide if its sexy or not. I'm leaning towards ok but a little skanky.

So the plan was to stay at the brewery until a little before 7pm because there was a lecture yesterday by Janine-Antoni back at the art center. It was a wonderful lecture and I heard it just when I needed to. I greatly enjoy her work. As a sculptor she is provocative and thought provoking. And the feminist perspective isn't trite and tired. One of my favorite pieces of hers is when she turns her mother into her father and vice a versa. She learned how to do the entire make up herself. Look her up its worth the time. You have to love a woman that made a piece about minimalist sculpture out of three hundred pounds of chocolate and then chewed on the giant block for a month or so. Or her eyelash sketchbook, about sixty blinks a day using mascara of course.

After the lecture I called Sean and it turned out the posse was still in Midtown. So I invited them over to my apartment, we ordered pizza and hung out until 11.

It was a good day.
